Objective:
To provide students with knowledge and practical exposure to cybersecurity, cybercrime investigation, safety practices, and modern security technologies, helping them understand real-world cyber threats and career opportunities in the field of cybersecurity.
Summary of activities:
The program commenced with a welcome address highlighting the significance of cybersecurity in today’s digital era, followed by a floral tribute in memory of Hon. Dr. Patangrao Kadam Saheb.
DAY 1:
Mr. Sandeep Gadiya delivered an insightful session on cybercrime investigation, digital forensics, and cyber safety awareness. He shared real-life case experiences and preventive measures to protect digital assets.
Mr. Kaustubhmani Gothivarekar conducted an expert talk on network security, cryptography applications, incident response strategies, and building secure digital infrastructures.
Interactive question-and-answer sessions were conducted where students actively participated and clarified their doubts.
DAY 2:
Focus on hands-on workshops where students learned about cybersecurity tools, threat detection techniques, and system protection practices through live demonstrations and group activities.
Real-world cybersecurity scenarios and case studies were discussed to strengthen practical understanding.
DAY 3:
Included advanced cybersecurity concepts, practical exercises, quizzes, and problem-solving activities to reinforce learning outcomes.
The program concluded with feedback collection, closing remarks, and appreciation of speakers and participants.
