Objective:

To provide students with knowledge and practical exposure to cybersecurity, cybercrime investigation, safety practices, and modern security technologies, helping them understand real-world cyber threats and   career opportunities in the field of cybersecurity. 


Summary of activities:

The program commenced with a welcome address highlighting the significance of cybersecurity in today’s digital era, followed by a floral tribute in memory of Hon. Dr. Patangrao Kadam Saheb. 


DAY 1:

  • Mr. Sandeep Gadiya delivered an insightful session on cybercrime investigation, digital forensics, and cyber safety awareness. He shared real-life case experiences and preventive measures to protect digital assets. 

  • Mr. Kaustubhmani Gothivarekar conducted an expert talk on network security, cryptography applications, incident response strategies, and building secure digital infrastructures. 

  • Interactive question-and-answer sessions were conducted where students actively participated and clarified their doubts. 


DAY 2:

  • Focus on hands-on workshops where students learned about cybersecurity tools, threat detection techniques, and system protection practices through live demonstrations and group activities. 

  • Real-world cybersecurity scenarios and case studies were discussed to strengthen practical understanding. 


DAY 3:

  • Included advanced cybersecurity concepts, practical exercises, quizzes, and problem-solving activities to reinforce learning outcomes. 

  • The program concluded with feedback collection, closing remarks, and appreciation of speakers and participants.

Outcome of the Event:

  • Students gained strong awareness of cyber threats and prevention techniques. 

  • Developed practical skills in cybersecurity tools and applications.

  • Enhanced analytical and digital safety awareness.
